The M.S.W. Programme's objective
is to impart education and training in professional social work
to those desirous of making a career in the field of social work.

and disadvantaged sections of the society. |

ELIGIBILITY:
Any Recognised three years' Degree with 50% marks in all the subjects,
preferance will be given for those who have 5 years or more of
work experience in the profession.
ELIGIBILITY for Admission for deputed or sponsored candidates:
A bachelor's Degree
in any subject or equivalent degree of a recognised university
with a minimum of 50% marks. For deputed or sponsored candidates,
the following additional rules apply :

Not more than 5
candidates will be admitted under deputation / sponsored category. |

Preference will be given to
candidates deputed by Government or P.S.U. |
|
Candidates will be admitted
on the basis of their seniority in permanent cadres. |
|
Candidates
shall persue only that specialization in M.S.W. programme
for which they have been deputed / sponsored by the organization. |

Two academic years(Four Semesters),each
semester shall be of four month duration. |
